Territory Sales Manager - Real Estate (1-4 yrs)

Roles And Responsibilities

- Generating leads.

- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

- Understanding and promoting company programs.

- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.

- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

- Maintaining client records.

- Answering client questions about products, prices, and availability.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.

2. 1-3Yrs of Exp in Field Sales.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.

5. Should be proficient in Hindi and English language, and should know the regional language of that respective city.

6. Should be comfortable to work on weekends (Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off in between Mon-Thursday.

7. Should be comfortable with travel within the city to meet stakeholders.

8. Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word & PPT.
