Job Responsibilities :
- Achieve monthly sales performance objectives through effective sales presentations to customers and thorough product knowledge (including knowledge of competitive products)
- Identify, Cover & Convert core customers to prescribing Company's Product
- Monitor the stock levels with the Chemists & stockiest.
- Maintain and consistently adhere to territory sales plans to maximize sales performance
- Maintain consistent adherence to high standards of professionalism and performance
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals
- Excellent work ethic and customer focused orientation
- Demonstrated selling skills, organization, focus and determination
- Competency in KOL Management
