Territory Sales Manager - Pesticides (2-3 yrs)
Planning & Forecasting,Identifying Potential Customers, Presentation & Communication Skills,Negotiation Skills,Comfortable with Technology.
Responsible for delivering sales of over 50 lacs per Annum in the given territory .
- Listing of potential customers (SME & Society) through digital /Non-digital ways
- Lead Generation by following a laid down process
- Capturing opportunities in CRM to create a predictable funnel.
- Engaging with opportunities to win orders through a compelling proposition
- Maintain relationship with existing client to develop referrals.
- Appointing distributors/DSA's
Qualification : MBA preferable.
Candidate should own a bike - Mandatory
