Territory Sales Manager - Paint (6-14 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Territory Management :
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify potential customers and opportunities for business expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular visits to key accounts to strengthen relationships and identify needs.
Sales Strategy Development :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend sales strategies to capitalize on them.
- Analyze sales data and market insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Team Collaboration :
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Support and guidance to sales representatives within the territory to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the paint industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
