Company Profile : Manufactures and markets impregnation sealers in It also has an extensive range of cleaning and treatment products.
Qualification : Graduate, preferably with MBA
Relevant Industry : Construction Chemicals, stone care industry
Roles and Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development in given markets. Will also involve travel to locations outside the city of placement.
- Meet and present product range to Architects, Specifiers, and key personnel in Building and Infra companies
- Develop strong relationships with channel and franchise partners.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the team to meet agreed targets
- Utilise market knowledge to develop new business with existing and new customers.
- Execute strategic market plans and monitor progress.
- Provide relevant market information and feedback
- Carry out promotional and contact programs (dealer, painter meets)
- Manage receivables, credit, and discount programs as per guidelines
Desired Profile of the Candidate Direct industry experience of up to 5 to 10 years.

Compensation Range 4-5 lacs/ Sales incentive
