Territory Sales Manager - NBFC (3-10 yrs)
Key Deliverable :
Market Development :
- Identify Business Opportunities and create direct/alliance/National DSA Channel business strategy.
- To set up network by appointing National DSAs/ Connectors.
Team Management :
- To manage hiring/attrition and nurture- & train team members of branches.
- To derive optimum productivity from the team.
- To ensure alignment- & synchronization of Sales /Portfolio/Technical/Developer Relations team.
Risk Management :
- To adhere to Compliance- & Policy governance.
- Portfolio quality by enabling right credit culture.
Customer Relationship :
- To maintain high standard of customer service.
- Relationship Management, resulting in multi-product sales- & continuity of customers.
Managing Environment :
- To benchmark competitiveness and market intelligence.
- Administrative management of the Territory.
- Managing next level of internal/external grievances.
P&L Management & Collections :
- Deliver business volumes as per target.
- To ensure right business mix leading to yield/processing fee.
- Managing cost of acquisition by right channel mix.
- To control Credit Cost and In charge of collections.
- To manage OPEX of all Territory.
Organization Ethos :
- To ensure conduct of employees.
Relationship Management :
- To manage relationship with Developers, National DSA-'s and Alliance Partners.
