Qualification - Graduate in Electronic/Electrical Engineering
Job Responsibility :
Planning and Organising :
- Create and Execute Sales & Marketing plan for the Region
- Set goals, receivables and profitability for the region & review progress.
Regional Sales & New business Development :
- Managing and visiting a set of existing customers that includes Original Equipment Manufacturers, Switch board Builders and deliver YoY growth asper budget.
- Developing new customers targeted by the company by introducing the products, conduct demo/ trails for approvals and secure rate contracts / orders from the customers.
- Work with and visit to electrical consultants and get the company 's product specified in their projects tenders and follow up the same with electrical contractors / Panel Builders /end customers.
- Track the Building & Commercial, High end residential and industrial projects and generate leads, enquiries and orders. Actively sell to new and existing customers all ranges of DEIF products including making - cold Calls- . Execute Product seminars, Training, Demonstartions .
- Provide suggestions for partcipation in Exhibitions & Trade shows. Responsible for sales receiveables collection.
Process Improvement :
- Follow and implement Sales Process learning in day to day working. Follow process of Price Manager & entering relevant leads & visits in CRM. Provide suggestion for improvement in processes. Escalate relevant issues that would need immediate attention of the Segment Head / Function Heads. Follow up on receivables. Seek Feedback from customer . Work closely with the application team.
People and Self Management :
- Align goals of Self/team with Segment Goals & Strategy. Set Annual & quarterly objectives along with functional Head. Update goal sheet on quarterly basis for review. Updating visit reports in CRM. Suggust for the recruitment of resource to functional head.
- Review Goals for subordinates, Suggest Training Programs for Self as well as subordinates to the Functional Head / HR
- Compliance and Safety
- Understand the safety measures implemented in line with Global safety Policy; Identify gaps and suggest changes
- Inter department cooperation
- Develop co-operation with related functions in Operation, Service and Support.
