Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the Modern Trade channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retailers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits, provide product training, and ensure merchandising compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional activities and product launches.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in Modern Trade sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Mumbai, Maharashtra market.
