Territory Sales Manager - Mobile Sales (4-10 yrs)
Department- Mobile Sales
Location- Pan India
Position Title (Designation): Territory Manager / Channel Sales Manager
Reporting to- Branch Head
Purpose of Position (Reasons this position exists:
-To develop & manage business of assigned products in assigned geographies, generally a set of multiple districts, being responsible for Primary Sales through to channel partners (AGP/AES/AWP/SFR/MFR/RMD/ACP), thus to achieve given KPI targets.
They will Guide, Drive & Motivate a team of sales persons like CSEs & ISPs and will ensure channel spread to deeper cities/ towns like T3/T4 cities through appointing/ maintaining a set of channel partners. They will also ensure implementation of marketing initiatives along with marketing team and simultaneously coordinate with internal cross functional teams to provide a rewarding business ecosystem to partners.
Main Accountability ( His/Her Responsibilities):
1. Propose & Execute business plan comprising of Product Mix, Channel Mix & Geography Mix.
2. Recruit new partners and increase in-house and overall market share in the assigned territory.
3. Manage primary partners like AGP/AES/AWP/SFRs/MFRs & drive sell-through, inventory control and sell-out plan to achieve sales target. Resolve all business issues with partners through effective coordination and communication- thus maintain the partner relationship to ensure sustainable business.
4. Gather and monitor competitor / market information for company to take actions on pricing or promotion programs.
5. Coordinate with branch channel marketing team to draw POSM requirements & device marketing plan.
6. Execute marketing initiatives with marketing team to maximize brand awareness and brand image.
7. Drive ACM/CSE team on channel development, business development & top down channel action plans.
8. Drive ISP team and monitor their KPI target achievements, suggest necessary actions to BSMs.
9. Manage training for internal teams and external customers; Share information with team and partners.
10. Coordinate with branch service team and HO back office team to resolve any dispute and help partners grow business.
Education: Graduate
- Competency (Skill He/She Require)- work under pressure, good communication skills, must know 3 languages (English, Hindi and local language), product knowledge, typing skills added advantage.
