Job Role : Territory Sales Manager

Job Role :
- Keeping a check of daily/weekly/monthly sales in line of the defined budget & strategy and ensure the team is moving with the organization's defined direction.
- Increase the market share of company by adding new clients and customers.
- Analyze and study sales data to identify problem areas and develop areas of improvement for the team.
- Collaborate with CRM, commercial and Operations teams to define strategies and achieve regional budgeted revenue numbers.
Knowledge & Abilities :
- Ability to understand customer requirements. Knowledge of market dynamics in courier, transportation and logistics industry.
- Knowledge in data analysis, to understand performance of various areas in the region.
- Ability to inspire confidence and create trust in the team.
- Stakeholder management, in order to manage external customers and internal support teams.
