Territory Sales Manager - Life Insurance (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Generation of additional sales.
2. Access through a vast customer base.
3. As banks have already established relationship with customers, conversion ratio of leads to sales increases.
4. Proper use of existing infrastructure.
5. Insurance companies can use the already existing outlets of banks in the rural areas to sell products in those areas.
6. Developing new financial products more efficiently in collaboration with their bank partners.
7. Establishing market presence rapidly without the need to build up a network of agents or brokers.
8. Can reach more customers without having to invest in more offices and manpower
Other Qualification :
- Educational Qualification Any graduation
- 2-8 Years of Sales Experience (Life Insurance Preferably)
- Age should be between 24-38 Years
- Team Management Skills
- Must have excellent presentation skills.
