Territory Sales Manager - Life Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Salary : Up to 3.75 LPA, plus bonuses and benefits.
Main responsibilities :
- Achieve sales targets by engaging with offered leads.
- Visit potential clients in designated locations to better understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance options.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients.
- Assist consumers before and after the sale.
- Ensure company quality and increase client retention.
Candidate Profiles :
- A graduation degree is required.
- A minimum of one year's experience in BFSI and life insurance is necessary.
- Age range: 22-38 years.
- Candidates must be residents for at least three to five years.
