Territory Sales Manager - Lab Products & Solutions (12-25 yrs)

Qualifications :

- Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills

- Knowledge of lab products and solutions

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Experience in the lab equipment industry is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Creating life time value for the customer by constantly delivering value propositions, which cater to the needs of the customer by developing strategic relationships

2. To maintain/sustain the leadership position and is able to create business with customers on his own

3. Initiatives to broad base the customer and product portfolio

4. Ability of finding the needs/gap of strategic customers and create/innovate proposition

5. Focus on managing pricing models agreed with customers even under competitive pricing situations and keeping view of future demands

6. Delivery of Top line and Bottom line as budgeted Manage Business Creation activity within agreed budget

7. To manage the competitive intelligence gathered through various sources, and proactively acting upon the information gathered

8. Focus on building channels to cater target segments

9. To build effective tools for forecasting so that demand variation is within acceptable tolerance

10. Focus on the detailed steps necessary in maintaining relationships with Key customers

11. Focus on outlining the steps needed to qualify any lead based on company's business policy prior to assigning sales representatives to these leads for further follow up

12. Focus on resolving customer complaints within a specified period of time and taking Corrective and Preventive actions to avoid recurrence of problems faced by customers

13. Identifying recruitment needs based on current and future growth requirements

14. Identifying and implementing training needs
