Job Brief :
- Visit architects and get an appointment to specify TOTO products. (For Big Projects - G class builders)
Position Objective/Expectation :
- Project Sales in the same Industries.
- Ensure classification of customers is correctly done by the Key Accounts Management and influencers are mapped.
- Personally, build active business relationships with selected high-value key accounts of the region.
- Ensure all relevant opportunities/ leads are captured, rightly categorized, and followed up for the conversion.
- Monitor key accounts visit plans of Key Accounts Management and take feedback on each of their visits to create an action plan.
- Manage escalated complaints, and queries of key accounts in an efficient manner.
- Ensure the overall relationship of key accounts in the region improves and grows at a higher level."
