Territory Sales Manager - IT (8-12 yrs)

You'll contribute to groundbreaking projects with wide-ranging impacts across diverse sectors, pioneering AI- driven solutions for IT Operations Management.

We're seeking experienced individuals to drive business growth within Enterprise and Mid Market segments across India, leveraging your expertise in selling enterprise IT software. If you're ready to engage at the CXO level, possess a robust network of customers and partners, and have a hunter mentality to exceed sales goals, explore opportunities with us.

Responsibilities :

- Generate business opportunities from Enterprise and Mid-Market customers in West India.

- Demonstrate a consistent history of successful Enterprise Sales.

- Exhibit proficiency in selling Enterprise IT solutions (SAAS, Software or Services).

- Learn, understand, and effectively demonstrate innovative technology solutions.

- Engage confidently with and sell to CXOs of Enterprises.

- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

- Meet and exceed sales quotas.

- Maintain sales hygiene and accurate forecasting.

- Collaborate with internal Solutions, Channels, Marketing, and BD teams to achieve goals.

- Leverage knowledge of transacting through GSI's and MSP's to drive business advantage.

Pre-requisites :

- Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.E./B. Tech./B. Sc.), preferably complemented with an MBA or PGDM.

- Demonstrated experience in managing large accounts and high-value opportunities.

- Proven track record of success in B2B IT, Software, or Services Sales (7 + years).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

- Basic or advanced understanding of the ITIL framework.

- Strong existing client relationships.
