Territory Sales Manager - IT (2-4 yrs)
1. Minimum 1-5 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.
2. Should have interest in Business development (B2C/ B2B) for Software Application products/solutions.
3. Meet prospective clients, and execute effective product demonstrations, emphasising product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solution.
4. Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand scope of business and their expectations.
5. Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities.
6. On-boarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform will be a major KRA for a BD.
7. Researching potential leads from open market, web searches, or digital resources.
