Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales efforts within assigned territories to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing product demonstrations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and expand the client base.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, adjusting sales strategies as needed to stay competitive.
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and address any issues promptly.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in territory management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a competitive market.
- Knowledge of the industry and product portfolio is a plus.
