Territory Sales Manager - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- In charge of creating an agent network to promote life insurance sales
- Create a team of agents and an agent pipeline by developing multiple hiring sources for agents.
- Engage in activities to increase current agent foot traffic in order to produce new referrals for the hiring of new agents.
- Assure product knowledge through a variety of training methods. Collaborate with the agent to plan and review objectives and activities.
