Territory Sales Manager - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
A Territory Sales Manager drives sales and builds relationships within a specific geographic area, developing strategies, training teams, and analyzing market trends to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned territory.
- Coach, mentor, and train sales representatives within the territory, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, analyze data, and identify trends to inform future strategies.
- Manage sales budgets and expenses within the assigned territory.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and sales team members.
Requirement:
- Graduation is required.
- Local Candidate hire first.
- 2+Year of sales experience required.
Age limit is 24-38.
