Job Description :
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
2. Build and maintain relationships with dermatologists, skincare clinics, spas, beauty salons, and other relevant clients.
3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the features, benefits, and usage of our skincare products.
4. Provide training and support to clients on product knowledge, application techniques, and best practices.
5. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
7. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments.
