Territory Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Compensation: Up to 3.75 LPA, plus additional incentives and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by engaging with provided leads.
- Visit potential clients within designated areas to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance options.
- Maintain daily contact with clients.
- Assist customers with pre-sales and post-sales services.
- Ensure business quality and foster client retention.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in BFSI and Life Insurance.
- Age: 22 to 38 years.
