Territory Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- Recruit a Team of Agents / Advisors
- Provide Product and Sales Process Training to Agents/Advisors
- Develop Agents/ Advisors by doing joint sales calls.
- Manage and Drive Agents / Advisors and build team, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case to achieve the premium targets.
- Ability to manage all the parameters of the business.
- Activation of Agents.
- Ensure that the agents are engaged, motivated and productive by forging a strong relationship.
- Ensure that Agents are constantly inducted, activated and productive.
- Support the business agents in liaison with the HO for addressing their requirements/ concerns.
- To achieve product wise targets & profitability.
- Goal setting of all Agents in their team.
- Regular and periodic review, monitoring and mentoring of all the Relationship they are managing to ensure that they are on track to achieve their goals.
- Regular Field observation and Demonstration with the agency force.
- Regularly visit there agents in there home and offices.
- Co-ordination with operations for new business issuance and renewal collection.
- Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.
- Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with agents & update Sales.
- Management System.
- Training and developing agents on commission basis.
- Promote & motivate agents for Career progression program to make them join the organization.
- Promote agents to use the Agent Portal & CRM for managing their customer & cross selling them for different products.
- Maintain good relationship with clients.
- Conduct meeting with clients and convert leads with business.
