Territory Sales Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to lead sales teams, meet targets, and uphold exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth industry expertise and a proven track record in sales management.
CTC up to 3.80 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve growth objectives and meet sales targets efficiently.
- Recruit, train, inspire, and mentor sales representatives to maximize their potential.
- Identify and on-board promising financial advisors and leaders to enhance team capabilities.
- Explore avenues for cross-selling and upselling to capitalize on additional revenue streams
- Participate in field activities to expand customer outreach and engagement.
Candidate criteria:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in Sales and Marketing roles
- Age Range: 21 to 38 years
- Transportation: Own two-wheeler required
