Job Description:
Territory Sales Mgr
LOCATION: Chennai
Salary Budget: Upto Rs. 35000pm Gross + Incentives @.25% of Sales + Travel ( based on actuals) and Mobile @200 pm Reimbursements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Team management - Territory wise sales team organization, team building, development,&monitoring
2. Assist team with negotiating price/ finalization of deals
3. Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members
4. Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.
5. Conduct review meetings with sales
6. Develop performance improvement plan for sales to meet performance
7. Address all customer complaints in conjunction with management presence
8. Organise, plan and execute Annual Exhibition Calendar to improve brand awareness and market reach
9. Develop relationships with major clients, acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs
10. Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business
11. Prepare regular reports of progress against targets and forecasts
12. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
13. Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence
