Territory Sales Manager - Industrial Paints (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific geographic area, representing our company, and selling our products. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer base, driving sales, and increasing revenue.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will work closely with your clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions to meet their demands. You will collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure a smooth sales process. You will need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities, have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to adapt to changes in the market.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to increase revenue and market share in the assigned territory
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts, and identify and close new opportunities with potential customers
- Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and sales success
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and market insights
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and maintain an understanding of industry trends and best practices
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively sell to customers
Requirements:
- Candidates with a background in handling the sales of Industrial paints, welding industry(equipment, abrasives, safety products), powder coating paints, painting equipment's, Adhesives, powder coating equipment's, Touchup paints (industrial).
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration, Marketing, or a related
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Territory Sales Management, preferably in the distribution industry field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with a consultative sales approach
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills to represent the company at conferences and trade shows.
