Territory Sales Manager - Incense Sticks & Fragrance Business (5-10 yrs)
KRA 1:
Distributor Development and Management:
1. Ensure agreed upon number of Distributors appointed as per the sales plan Area to be Covered.
2. Maintain and update all Distributors universe database.
3. Ensure that there is no dispute with the Distributors, In case there is a dispute it should be resolved in one week.
4. Ensure that the Distributor gives the minimum targeted sale per month. If he fails to do so then the distributor should be changed.
5. Daily Review of the Distributor Sales Person- PJP, Secondary sales.
6. Check all the damages & claims made by distributors.
7. Review stocks and billing of distributors on weekly and monthly basis.
8. Physical check is utmost important while settling damages and claims.
KRA 2:
Retailer Development and Management:
1. Set Store targets and ensure their achievement. (As per annual plan)
2. Ensure that the NEW DOOR OPENING FORM IS COMPLETED
3. Ensure that schemes / promotions and POP material are communicated/displayed at the counters. Retailer involvement in the company activities.
KRA 3:
Team Management:
1. Targets and monthly schemes to be communicated to the team.
2. All positions are filled as per yearly plan
3. Maintain and update manpower universe database. (Companies specified by H.O)
4. Ensure team is trained on Products (Features, Advantages and benefits), sales call and network management.
5. Evaluation of team as per INCENTIVE accrued system on quarterly basis.
6. No S.O position should be vacant for more than 7 days.
7. Ensure that each S.O gives a monthly sale of min. 10 lacs.
8. Sales Training and Development of S.Os / Distributor Representative.
9. Filling of daily Reports, checking primary and secondary sales.
KRA 4 :
Company Policies:
1. Ensure adherence & implementation of company policies, pricing, payment terms, reporting and administration.
2. All market operations are within the given budget sanctions.
3. PJP and JC is adhered by the team.
4. Review Target v/s Achievement,
5. Ensure that company has favorable cost to sales ratio.
KRA 5:
Competition Tracking:
1. Communication of Competitor activities to H.O.
2. Pre-empt competitor activities and take appropriate actions to grab competitor market share.
3. Improving & Suggesting schemes for the season time
