Territory Sales Manager - HVAC (3-5 yrs)
Role Summary:
Territory sales manager with responsibility of creating value-based solution opportunity in the market through consultative, technical solution sales approach, this includes new customers, greenfield opportunities from existing customers, third-party customers, end users and through SI's etc.,
Qualification: BE (Electronics & Communication)
Experience: 3-5 yrs
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in selling
Segment focus - Small, large and critical commercial and industrial building
Desired skills :
Functional :
- Good knowledge of HVAC controls, Building Management Systems, lighting management.
- Exposure to region's competition customers, fit-out market and consultants.
Behavioral :
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Must be self-motivated, must have an ability to work well in a teamwork environment, must exhibit a positive and professional attitude, and pay attention to details.
- Ability to perform and work well under pressure and willingness to work and adapt to a fast growing & changing the environment, participate in the development of new ideas & concepts.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the Sales of IoT based solutions to ensure that annual personal and department sales volume are achieved in terms of bookings and billings.
- Ensure increase in share through sales & third party migration/retrofit
- Provide value-added solution through a consultative solution approach
- Closely work with Consultants / Customer and SI for project business
- Create account plans, Create MIS of all the projects of Identified Key Accounts with their execution plan
- Ensure the Project Funnel shall be Maintain at 8X of the annual sales plan
- Develop & maintain relationships with potential customers- account across the assigned market by monitoring sales and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets.
- Seek out competitor information, maintain knowledge of new developments in the marketplace and communicate information to the organization
- Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer complaints or concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for coordinating solution design ensuring the most viable, effective solution is designed to meet customer's requirements.
- Provide assistance to Projects function, in particular in the fulfillment of technical and design responses already sold.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and offerings.
