Territory Sales Manager - HORECA (5-6 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager with expertise in HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Cafe) sales, distributor management, and driving successful sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets of up to - 1 crore and experience in working closely with restaurants and distributors to expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
- Manage distributor partnerships to ensure smooth operations and product availability across the region.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the HORECA segment.
- Achieve sales targets of up to - 1 crore while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product distribution and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements :
- 5-6 years of experience in HORECA sales, distributor sales, or related roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with a history of handling sales volumes up to - 1 crore.
- Strong knowledge of the restaurant and hospitality industry, with a network of relevant contacts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and deliver on targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software.
