Job Title : Territory Sales Manager - Gold Loan

Experience : 2+ years in handling Gold Loan Sales
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Gold Loan Sales Target and handling 20 plus branches.
- Responsible for achievement of all business targets including targets, resources mobilization targets etc.
- Responsible for achieving cross-selling products TGT Vs ACT of the region and maintaining relations with cross-selling peers to ensure a smooth implementation process.
- Responsible for maintaining the quality of the AUM which focused attention on NPA management.
- Implementing a new security system to prevent an incident like fraud/ burglary/robbery/dacoit and train the team to handle situations under extreme pressure.
- In an event of any incidents, follow up with local governing bodies (Police, Court etc) up till satisfactory resolution is provided and accepted by the management.
- Select competent resources and ensure the staffing level as per norms.
- Opening of new Branches as per the potential of the region.
- Responsible for the overall administration of regions and doing periodic visits to all branches of the region.
- Ensure cost-effective fund management among branched within the region.
Requirements :
- Should have Graduate/Postgraduate degree
- Team Handling is must.
