Territory Sales Manager - Franchisee Acquisition - Mutual Funds/Wealth Management (5-10 yrs)
- Acquisition of potential new Mutual Fund Sub-broker/Franchise/channel partners.
- Identify Potential Sub Broke
- Post sales services (for first 3 months) i.e. KYC acquisition & acquired SB/AP activation to drive revenue.
- Maintaining channel partner relationship.
- Conduct regular engagement and knowledge sharing programs with Franchisee Partners
- Responsible for Meeting targets of client Acquisition and activation through partners for MF Product.
- Ensuring the Working on partner databases for lead generation
- Responsible for LMS activities
- Managing team of 5/7 members direct reporting.
- Driving/ motivate team in achieving defined sales targets
- Ensuring team members are updated with product knowledge
- Knowledge of Mutual Fund /Wealth Management product sales is Mandatory
