Territory Sales Manager - FMCG/FMCD (3-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base within the assigned territory.
- Manage and lead the sales team to ensure they meet sales goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize sales growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 3-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG, FMCD, or Retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
