Territory Sales Manager - FMCG (6-12 yrs)
- The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales and meeting set sales targets for the state of Kerala.
- In addition to maintaining and building relationships with existing distributors, he/she will also have to identify and propose appointing of new distributors.
- The role will also entail devising sales strategies, ensure efficient sales operations and share Sales data as well as market insights.
- The Territory Sales Manager will work directly with the CEO to take ownership of sales, he/she will build the necessary team and work seamlessly with the existing team.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Devise effective sales strategies for the territory
- Will also take responsibility for receivables and payment reconciliations
- Will work closely with the accounts department to monitor sales and receivables figures
- Analyze sales data and market data to arrive at effective sales methods
- Meet with Retailers, Distributors and Customers to address concerns and drive growth
- Identify new channels and avenues to drive sales
- Build an effective and driven team of sales officers and field staff
- Set and achieve sales targets to drive revenue growth
- Meet KPIs set by the company
- Monitor competitor Products and marketing strategies
Requirements & Skill :
- Proven experience in driving Sales
- Prior experience in and having connects in the FMCG Retail industry, preferably Wellness Products
- Proven track record of increasing Sales and revenue; field sales experience preferred
- Ability to develop Sales strategies and use performance KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity or adaptable to using a CRM
- Excellent Communication skills
- Organizational and Leadership ability
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Education in the relevant field
