Territory Sales Manager - FMCG (3-8 yrs)
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning and developing a strong distribution and field force infrastructure.
- Implementation of systems, policies & procedure related to inventory management, outstanding clearance, retailing systems etc.
- Planning & Executing Sales & Marketing activities/initiatives.
- Competition tracking & strategizing as per market movement.
- Setting targets for team, achieving individual targets set by HoD.
- Assist in Recruiting, developing & training team members.
- Developing trade with a view to expand the distribution footprint in the region.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- have knowledge of a wide range of FMCG trade products
- Knowledge of the Strong motivator & self-driven,
- Have knowledge of Distribution Channels, Customer buying habits and Competitor business
