Territory Sales Manager - FMCG (3-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth

- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer service to support sales efforts

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, making adjustments to strategies as needed

- Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness

Required Skills:

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Self-motivated and results-oriented

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Experience in the specific industry relevant to the territory

- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

- Familiarity with the local market and customer base in Chennai and Vijayawada

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel within the territory as required
