Job Description :

Must Have :

- Need candidates from Non-Food, Retail FMCG and Stockist & Vendor management handling

- Candidate should have minimum 2 years experience in the local market

- Retail market experience is a must

- looking for candidates who are currently working as Sales officer and Area Sales Manager

- We are looking into Beauty & Health Care products experience(Floor Cleaner, Toiler Cleaner, Mehendi, Perfumes & Tooth Brush etc..)

- Looking for candidates who are available for interview at Mumbai office.

POSITION PURPOSE :

Responsible for building and developing the FMCG business (specially in Personal care & HealthCare products), ensure that customers' needs are met whilst maximizing the profits of a company. (Products like - Incense sticks (Agarbatti), Perfumes, Mehendi, Toiler Cleaner, Floor Cleaner, Dishwashing Soaps, tooth brush etc etc.)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Planning and developing a strong distribution and field force infrastructure.

- Implementation of systems, policies & procedure related to inventory management, outstanding clearance, retailing systems etc.

- Planning & Executing Sales & Marketing activities/initiatives.

- Competition tracking & strategizing as per market movement.

- Setting targets for a team, achieving individual targets set by HoD.

- Assist in Recruiting, developing & training team members

- Developing trade with a view to expanding the distribution footprint in the region

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :

- Have knowledge of a wide range of FMCG trade products

- Knowledge of the Strong motivator & self-driven,

- Have knowledge of Distribution Channels, Customer buying habits and Competitor business

Working Days :6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Job Nature :Full Time
