Territory Sales Manager - FMCG (1-2 yrs)
Job Description

- You will follow the Tenets of the distribution business laid down by the company to achieve Distribution & Redistribution targets of the territory by visiting Retail Outlets as per PJP and generating targeted orders.
- You have to ensure achievement of Monthly Doors targets through exhaustive mapping of all markets in the territory and scheduled updating of the Market Map
- Category Wise Sales Targets are to be achieved and range representation should be as per outlet's potential, regularly adding range in all outlets and tracking shelf offtake
- Ensure products, brand headers and other POS VM material are displayed at prominent locations. Mannequins & show windows should also have our products displayed
- Train Distributor Sales Team and Retail Store Staff on ZEVEN Product Knowledge & Selling Skills
- Conduct regular Competition studies and report the insights to management
- Oversee execution of territory specific events of National Marketing initiatives & assist in Execution of BTL activations.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience as Sales / Business Development in FMCG / F&B or Wellness / Fitness / Sports / Beauty mandatory
Candidate should be from Footwear, Apparel or FMCG
