Territory Sales Manager - FMCD (5-8 yrs)
Position - Territory Sales Manager (Male)
Reporting to ASM/RSM, Reported by 5 Sales Officers
Location: North and South 24 Parganas, own bike preferable. (Only local Candidate)
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential areas.
2. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call/Meetings reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
3. Resolves complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
4. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and Pattern.
5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
6. To generate business for adult diaper sales on a general trade basis.
7. He will have a few Super-stockiest and about 40 - 50 distributors under these SSs.
8. Appoint & work with these channel partners to generate sustainable sales for the range of products.
9. He will have familiarity, working knowledge, skill to create sales in minimum 40-50 towns of this territory.
Candidate profile :
2. Communication Skill should be excellent in English & Bengali Lang
3. Relevant Industry experience of at least 8 years of which 3 years as territory manager at 24Pgs (N&S).
4. Should be comfortable in field based job where extensive travelling is required to travel his area of 24Pgs (N&S).
