Job Description for Techno-Commercial (L2)
To capture market for New Products with passion and enthusiasm and act as being a game changer agent in market to achieve our accelerated Business Goals.
Primary Job Responsibilities: -
- Market Development (Channel Expansion)
- Achieving Revenue Target (Primary Sales)
- Managing Relationship with ZD / AD, Cushioning Partners & resolving Grievances.
- Market Analysis & Research (Competition Tracking)
- Orders / Follow ups for Timely Dispatch & Delivery.( Maintaining Service Level )
- Keeping Track of Stock Levels to serve market demand. (Replenishment )
- Technical Knowledge of Cushioning/Foam Products ( Product Knowledge )
- Training of Cushioning Partners and it's staff.
- Installation of Point of Sale (POS) Marketing Elements at Cushioning Partner Premises.
- Order Collection
- MIS & Reports as required
Preferred Profile
- BBA / Smart Engineering Graduate / MBA
- At least 3-5 Years Prior experience of Channel Sales in Consumer Durable Industry / Home Appliances Industry
- Competency in MS - Word / MS - Excel / MIS
- Proficiency in Communication Skills & Presentation
