Job Description:
Sales & Distribution
a) Achievement of sales and distribution targets.
b) Driving the distributors, Direct dealers & FOS to deliver targets as per the systems, processes laid down by the company.
c) Driving a healthy product mix for profitable growth.
d) Market mapping of the entire retail universe.
Channel Management :
a) Building the network mix of Plywood, furnishing & industry dealers.
b) Ensure communication like price circulars, product launch & schemes.
c) Educating dealers about product features & differentiated offerings.
d) Building rapport with key accounts for higher business extraction.
Influencer Management :
a) Meeting the architects and interior designers for product education & recommendation.
b) Effective implementation of the influencer loyalty programs.
Business Intelligence :
a) Monitoring market and competition
b) Identifying and quantifying newer markets & products
