Territory Sales Manager - Fertilizers (3-8 yrs)
Qualification: B. Sc (Agri) / M. Sc (Agri)
Job Description:
1. Is responsible for sales results and for the territory management in the assigned area, according with strategies and priorities agreed;
2. Is in charge to take commercial orders from customers (if not centrally sent);
3. Monitors the respect of agreed price positioning;
4. Supports technically relevant end-users and trains the Distributor staff;
5. Organizes demo trials, field days, promotional activities and manages the local commercial initiatives;
6. Is responsible for supporting Technical & Sales Specialists in the enhancement of commercial competences and soft skills required by the role, contributing to their professional growth.
