We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our team!
- In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Growing our business in your assigned territory by:
- Identifying and visiting preschools, retail stores, and corporations.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to acquire new customers.
- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-suite executives).
- Supporting our sales efforts by:
- Participating in marketing activities and local events.
- Organizing promotions to boost sales.
- Ensuring brand visibility and product placement in stores.
- Contributing to the overall success of the team by:
- Staying up-to-date on market trends.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- We are looking for someone who is:-
- A college graduate with a strong background in sales and marketing (MBA preferred).
- A highly motivated and self-directed individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute creative sales plans.
- A team player who is willing to support all aspects of the sales process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable traveling throughout the assigned territory.
- Knowledgeable about the market and current trends.

- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-
- Secure signups from 25 preschools in the first quarter, adding 10+ per month thereafter (minimum revenue of Rs. 5,000 per preschool).
- Secure signups from 25 retail stores in the first quarter, adding 10+ per month thereafter (minimum revenue of Rs. 5,000 per store).
- Secure signups from 2+ corporations per month starting in the fourth month (average revenue of Rs. 5 lakhs per corporate).
