Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Designation: Assistant Manager
Reports To: City Manager / State Head
Location: As per the Territory assigned
Work Experience: 1-5 years/ Age shall be less than 30 Yrs
Working days & Shift: 6 days a week, weekly off on Tuesdays.
Role:
A TSM is responsible for end to end student admission cycle: Prospecting, Need understanding, Counselling, Admission closing. This role is responsible for revenue growth via B2C and B2B2C channels. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be a passionate sales professional with a creative mindset required for prospecting and exceptional counselling skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Counselling students about various products of Company & convert them to admissions.
- Responsible for quality retail lead generation through tele calling, school activities tracking to closure.
- Be updated on all Company Products, fee structures and the ongoing offerings.
- Making fresh calls, follow-ups & feedback calls on the database provided or own data collected.
- Call school data & take appointments with Principals & give them brief about Company.
- Leads management of BTL initiatives.
- Presentation of Company products and its key benefits to potential students in schools
- Successfully execute the end to end sales process starting from Lead generation to tele-calling to home counselling to admission and revenue realization.
Qualifications & Skill Set:
- Minimum Graduate with relevant experience in B2C field sales.
- Preferred Industries - Publishing Sellers - specially in school books segment, Online Coaching/ Training products industry, Foreign University Course sellers, Relationship managers, Automobile Dealership - Relationship/ sales managers, Online Education content sellers.
