Territory Sales Manager - Digital Education & eLearning (1-3 yrs)
Job Title : - Territory Sales Manager
Job Summary :
Location : Chennai & Mangalore (WFH and field work, Need to meet clients & present the product. Might have to visit office as and when required)
Selection Process : 2 Rounds
Joining period : immediate to within 15 days
Qualification :
1. Any Under Graduate - Any Specialization (Relevant Experience)
2. Any Graduate - Any Specialization
Experience : 3 to 5 Years
CTC : Upto 6 LPA
- Develop and Manage the Sales network for an area
- Understand sales plan and prepare sales targets for each territory of an area
- Coach and motivate the sales team
- Ensure efficient working sales team
- Achieve area sales targets
- Monitor all processes and procedures
Primary responsibilities :
1. Map the territory & ensure effective territory coverage by TSI
2. Organize, direct and control the TSI Team.
3. Monitoring the efficiency at work.
4. Monitoring the process to achieve the Sales targets.
5. Ensuring the processes and reporting are followed efficiently.
6. Oversee the supply chain and service to customers.
7. Coach, monitor and handhold the TSI team and ensure efficient working of TSI
8. Maintain accurate records for its territory
9. Build & maintain relationship with customers
10. Monitor key customers in their territory
11. Take corrective actions wherever necessary
Preferred personality profile :
1. Male candidate required
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Excellent Negotiation Skills
4. Well versed with English and Tamil language
5. Computer literate, working knowledge of Excel and Power-point.
6. Leadership and managerial skill.
7. 25 - 35 years of Age.
