Territory Sales Manager - Courier/Freight (3-9 yrs)
- The role is responsible for managing sales in a specific territory. The key accountabilities include business development and increase in market share by addition of new customers, retention of existing customers and managing outstanding credit collections in the territory. Role holder should be able to strategically drive the sales by maintain top line with profitability.
- Keeping a check of daily/weekly/monthly sales in line of the defined budget & strategy and ensure the team is moving with the organization's defined direction
- Ensure the actual revenue achieved is as per the targeted plan and identify reasons and solutions to mitigate losses
- Monitor LOB wise month on month growth and provide guidance to Sales Executives to achieve the desired growth
- Increase the market share by adding new clients and customers
- Retain existing clients and customers
- Collaborate with CRM, commercial and Operations teams to define strategies and achieve regional budgeted revenue numbers
- Analyze and study sales data to identify problem areas and develop areas of improvement for the team
