Ltd., a renowned player based out of Nagpur, Maharashtra is in the cosmetic industry with over 17 years of expertise, manufacturing various types of Hair Oil under the brand name "Silk. With many other cosmetic products such as Shampoos and Lotions to be launched soon, MPCP Care is in a massive expansion mode. To be part of this expansion journey, MPCP Care is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead their operations in Andhra Pradesh. As a key contributor to our success, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium hair care products within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in Andhra Pradesh region.
- Onboard new Distributors / Stockists in above Districts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cosmetic industry or FMCG.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the Telangana market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the region and in the rural areas.
