Territory Sales Manager - Building Material (4-8 yrs)

- Manage the operations of linked Distributors w.r.t to Astral- CC business.
- Conduct User level meetings and drive post meet actions.
- Develop business relations with focus set of Users.
- Drive User Loyalty program.
- Conduct Dealer meets to drive "Trubuild" range.
- Identify/map linked users to focus channel partners (retailers/dealers).
- Generate Leads from the adopted channel and drive site working.
