Job Description :
- Building brand/size distribution and in-store marketing effect to maximize possible off-take in a designated geographic distributor area is the responsibility of the Territory Sales Manager (TSM), who is responsible for managing and growing the business.
- In addition to priority national and local accounts in retail, impulse, and on-premises, the TSM will primarily interact with distributors.
- Building a relationship in order to apply the sales principles that underpin our company is the goal.
- He oversees the commerce and financial sales for the distributors and cities that are within his jurisdiction.
- Both third-party and distributor frontline field force recruitment, training, and development fall within the purview of the TSM.
