Territory Sales Manager - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
Job Description:
- To find new leads.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors.
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
- Enhancing business revenue by analyzing team performance on daily basis and monitoring them with complete support and guidance.
- Improvement of agent prospecting practices, calling habits, and work rules.
- Work with the agent on planning and evaluating activities and goals.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Any Graduation
- Must be Local Candidate
- Good Communication Skill
- Good Sales and Marketing Experience
- Age: 24 to 38 years
- CTC: 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Medical Benefits
