Territory Sales Manager - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Lead sell-out activity in assigned territory to meet or exceed individual sales objectives
- Responsible for the development and execution of assigned customer business plans
- Maintain and grow share of account with existing customers
- Act as a partner with our customers in all aspects of account management
- Create strategies and supporting tactics to grow with existing accounts in alignment with the overall Goodyear's Consumer growth strategy
- Analyze data/reports to identify opportunities within each channel of business
- Carry out intensive retailer visits to promote, maintain and develop assigned accounts' sell-out priorities
- Evaluate/Assess competitor products, prices, and position.
- Report relevant information to customer teams and evaluate trends/impacts observed
