Territory Sales Manager - Bank (2-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
1. Recruit Business Associates and quality advisors.
2. Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors.
3. Ensure that advisors experience proper apprenticeship on by-products, regulations, and other selling information.
4. Monitoring the arrangement and pursuit of daily activity search advisors.
5. Encouraging consultants in order to retain the performing consultants and providing special attention to intermediate instrumentalists and supplying needs-based movement.
6. Inculcate consequences as well as applicable exercises to the consultants by attending client meetings.
7. Coaching them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
